Pilates on the Bay is pleased to offer a 3-Week Introductory course on Meditation. Karin Mitchell, Certified Life and Wellness Coach will walk you through understanding this ancient discipline. Mediation has led countless people to better health, wellness, and overall happiness. Mediation is being studied around the world and may soon be deemed just as important to one’s health as physical exercise.
Meditation is a practice anyone can adopt and make a part of their daily life!
